laptop freezes RRS feed

  •  after i updated my realtek LAN driver from hp support centre, my windows keeps getting freezed. I have tried installing older versions but no use, whenever i am using LAN it keeps getting stuck. I am using windows 64-bit, can anyone help me find any compatible driver?

  • Hi,

    If you tried system restore it may have worked. That or a driver rollback through Device Manager. However, I would suggest that in a case like this you go to device manager then uninstall the driver for the network card. Then try and reinstall the previous driver version.
