Trouble installing the Skype for Business Web App plug-in in Safari RRS feed

  • Good morning,

    I'm having problems installing the Skype for Business Web App plug-in. Every time I follow the download instructions, the software can be installed only for the current user, but at the end the operation fails.

  • Hi Ginevrag,

    What's the error that reported when you start to use it? 

    Could it work when using other browsers? Chrome, Firefox or IE?

    If it can't work in all browsers, please try to use Skype meetings App instead to have a test, also remember to remove the Skype web app plug-in from your PC before that.

    Besides, here is also a similar case could be as the reference in some ways. :)
