  • Regardless of what a file is named...and this one seems to be a Java update (or something similar), it depends on where you got the file that will be more helpful as to whether or not it is safe to run.  Have you scanned it with an antivirus program?  Where did you acquire it?  If you are in doubt, delete it and go get the Java update from the source developer:

  • Firstly scan the file with Updated AV product or MSE. If AV does not finds anything suspicious, Go ahead and run it :)
