  • Hi,

Would you please go to the server locally and logon as the administrator’s credential to perform the following steps to check if it helps?

Steps: verify the DCOM permission on the problematic computer.

    1. Click Start, click Run, type dcomcnfg, and then click OK.

    2. In the Component Services window, expand Component Services, and then click Computers.

    3. Right-click My Computer and then click Properties.

    4. Click the COM Security tab.

    5. In the Access Permissions area, click Edit Limits.

    6. Click ANONYMOUS LOGON. In the bottom pane, click to select the Remote Access check box in the Allow column, and then click OK.

    7. In the Launch and Activation Permissions area, click Edit Limits.

    8. Click Everyone, and then in the Allow column, click to select the Remote Launch and Remote Activation check boxes.

Steps: Modify the Internet security setting of IE 7

    1. Open IE-> and go to Tools Menu

    2. Choose internet options-> Go to "Security" tab

    3. Choose Internet ->Click on Custom level button

    4. Search for "Launching applications and unsafe files" -> Enable the radio button "Prompt (recommended)"

    Hope it helps.
