Random STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, ...) on WinXPE SP3 RRS feed

  • Question

  • G'day everyone!

I have a computer system on which a random BSOD occurres. I have no clue why ...

    System:
    MS Windows XPE SP3
    Intel Atom CPU 330 @1.6GHz
    Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family
    2GB RAM
    4GB FLASH memory

    STOP Error:
    *** STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x00000000, 0xF78E2AC0, 0xF78E27BC)

It occurres random after/while booting the system. Not every time, just some times ... After I got the BSOD and restart the system, it runs normal again. But this is a system that starts every morning at the same time automatically and will be shut down every evening automatically. That's why it has to boot correct every day.

I am not able to create an msinfo or dxdiag file because these programms are not available on the system.

I already changed the Mainboard and the RAM on this system. Next would be the FLASH memory.

Does somebody has another idea? How could I solve this issue?

    Best regards,
    Phlix
