I'm in the process of reviewing how my company shares information. There's a huge R&D department which is currently not able to communicate software changes / updates / nice-to-know type of information. Internally the department works quit well, it's
the information to the internal customers that is lacking.
Ideally I want a process like this
1. Product manager receives news of importance to the customer. He emails this information to a sharepoint list
2. Once a month the list is reviewed
3. After the review, the list is emailed to the internal customers using AD or a similar way of identifying receiving personell
Can this be achived in a Sharepoint 2013 Standard? (NOT cloud / 365)
Or are there any other ways to do this?
