  • Hi nipsy,

    Have you installed any software or made any change to the system before this issue occurs?

    Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    ===========

    1.    Click Start, type services.msc in the Start Search box, and press Enter.

    2.    In the Services console, double-click the service called Security Center, change the Startup Type to Automatic (Delayed Start), and click Start under Service status.

    3.    After that, please open Security Center to check if the issue is resolved.

    Note: Please understand that we may need to trace/debug to analyze the issue if the Security Center service cannot be started. However, debugging is out of our Forum support boundary. Thus, if we have to perform a dump analysis, a support call to our product service team is needed for the debugging service.

    Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to your reply.
