  • Why can't I install my Turbo Tax. Same thing last year--keeps telling me it is corrupt or something. I have uninstalled my vrus software, but it's still not installing.

  • Are you facing this issue with other version of Windows?

    You should check this issue with software vendor.

    Did you try to re-download the software installer?

    If no, please try to re-download the installer.

    If you use CD/DVD, please try to install it from a different CD or DVD drive on your computer.

    Please try to run the installer as an administrator. Right click on TurboTax icon or setup icon, then click on Properties, and on the Compatibility tab. Check the "Run this program as an administrator" box, and click on OK.

    Please try to close all programs, including firewall and virus-protection programs. And you could also install it in a clean environment. Here is a link for your reference.
