Reinstall failure on W2k8 R2

  Hi, I'm trying to reinstall WSUS 3.0 SP2 on my W2k8 R2 server but it's failing every time while saying "configuring databases". The desired config is DB : WID, and to create it's own site (\\server:8530) as I also have exchange 2013 running on this so don't tell me to remove and reinstall IIS!! :).

  Looking through the WSUSSetupmsi_171031_1014.log, the last line upon failure is :-

  CustomAction ExSignDb returned actual error code 1 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
