  • Your best bet is contacting the Vendor to see if they support any type of silent installation.

It might also be worth finding out how many licenses the site have. With an application like this I bet the activation is machine specific and not transferable to another device.

If you can get the installation to install silently via a cmd line then it will be deployable through ConfigMgr.

    It's worth checking on appdeploy.

Not the same application but might be similar.

    you could try setup.exe /p

You could enable verbose logging in windows installer, install the application normally then check the temp directory for any MSI log files. Have a look in each log for Command Line and ADDLOCAL this will show you what command is passed to each MSI and which features from the MSI are being installed.

  • Another possible resource is ITNinja.com.

The vendor should be your first stop though a Richard pointed out.

  • Deploy Vegas using this command
    msp120_dvdas50_sfas100_x64.exe /l:enu /x:site /q

The activation status is kept in the registry so all you need to do is export them from a manually activated machine and import them with SCCM or Group Policy.

Find it here [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sony Creative Software]
