Double past in Microsoft Dynamics AX

Hi,
Users in my company use Dynamics AX Client through Microsoft RD Web Access.
Since i upgrade some computers from 1809 to 1903 version, i notice that if a user past something by using "CNTRL+V" it past the text twice in Dynamcis AX.
the problem appears only for users who have a Dell Optiplex 3060 with windows 10 pro 1903.
i made a test on my machine ( Dell precision 3520 with windows 10 pro 1903 ) everything works good.

As your issue just occur in Dynamics AX, so it would recommend to ask for help from Dynamics AX forum. They should more familiar with this product and they should have more resources to help you.

it's not in dynamics AX.
Cuz if the user use a full rdp session everything works well, also the text paste throught right button of mouse works well.
The problem appear only for users who paste text with CNTR+V (keyboard shortcut) and windows 10 1903.Wednesday, October 16, 2019 10:14 AM -

Did you check if the issue occur on other product? Such as notepad, office product or website?
What's the existing system version? Please run "winver" to check the details.

For this moment the problem is only with Dynamics AX through Microsoft RD Web Access.
yes the problem still exist for all users have Dell Optiplex 3060 with Windows 10 1903 who past text by CTRL+V.

Thank you for your video.
I checked the thread and all replies, but not found any reply about whether the issue occur on other product such as notepad or Word product. Please check Ctrl+V on those products.
If the issue just occur on Dynamics AX, please try to uninstall this software and reinstall it again.
If the issue occur on multiple computers, please try to uninstall keyboard driver from Device Manager and reboot computer or go to manufacturer website to download a new one.
Also we could test if the issue persists in Clean Boot.
If you have created a system restore point, please roll back to previous system point.

The problem is only with dynamics AX
For only users with windows 10 1909.
For only users have a Dell optiplex 3060
But All other users use windows 10 under 1909 ( 1809 or 1803 ) they past texte by using (CTRL+v) in dynamics AX with no problem.
Even in my laptop Dell precision 3520 with windows 10 1909 i have no problem when im using CTRL+v.
i asked the same users who have the problem to open their dynamicsAX remote sessions on my laptop, and everything work well.

Hi,
As the issue have been resolved in Windows 10 1909, I would recommend to upgrade all corrupted system version to the latest to avoid affection. But for the issue, we also recommend to ask for help from Dynamics AX forum as the issue only occur on this product. They would have other hint or resources as they encounter more similar issue on Dynamics AX product.
