  • Microsoft do not support VPC 2007 on Vista Home Basic or Vista Home Premium. However, it runs perfectly.

Do you get an error or something?

  • Just ignore the message and click continue or okay, it'll install and
run just fine -- all that means is that it's not a supported
    configuration by Microsoft.

  • I don't really understand how your question relates to SCVMM.

Can you describe what your issue is in greater detail?

  • Okay.

My OS is Windows Vista Home Premium. Then I downloaded Virtual PC 2007 to my desktop.

It looks good, however a pop up message warned that it might be lacking of features because Vista doesn't support Virtual PC 2007.

Therefore my question is that if I want to install a virtual pc without updating hardware or software, what is a solution?
