4 major versions of documents being displayed when 3 major versions have been configured

  • Hi all,

    I have a document library whereby I have configured 3 major versions to documents within it. When I made a changes to the Excel Sheet in that document library, I have 4 major versions. How do i please make only 3 major versions of the document being displayed? Please help. Please see below screenshot.

  • Hi LiinaaS,

    When we configure the number of versions to contain, the display version will one more than the number we configure.

    I suggest you set the number to 2 in the versioning settings.
