Cannot refresh roles/features in windows server 2008 R2

I've been reading around for a fix and can't seem to get anything to work. The error I'm getting when I try to refresh the roles/features in server manager is "Unexpected error refreshing server manager: the referenced assembly is not installed on your system. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B3)." I ran the readiness check tool (log is posted below):

Please run the System Update Readiness Tool again and then refer to the following article to troubleshoot this issue.
