When sending an attachment through Word 2010, outlook opens old group. RRS feed

    When we send an attachment through Microsoft Word 2010, we select an email group called "Directors". About 1 month ago we added an email to this group in outlook. If we open the group in outlook, or send an email in outlook all of the group members are present.  If we send an email by opening it in Word, the new group member is not present in the list of emails in the "Directors" group.  Does the outlook window, when opened from Word have cached groups?  We assumed it pulled the lists directly from Outlook, but that doesn't seem to be happening.

    Not sure whether I have understood your case correctly. When you send the attachment through Word, at the step of selecting the group, try to delete the from the auto complete list and enter again, see if this will correct the issue.
