Vista compatability issues RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I start up my computer, Windows tries to install a couple of things. It looks for a "PCI Input Device" and "RAID Controller" driver. Here is a list of my system specs:

    AMD Athlon 64 2800+
    Soltek SL-K8AN2E-GR
    • Nvidia nForce3 250 chipset
    Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB
    SB Audigy LS

I also get an error at startup about my ATI driver. Here is a list of problems found in my device manager:

    • Radeon 9800 Pro
    • NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller
    • PCI Input Device
    • RAID Controller

All of these things in my device manager have a exclamation point inside a yellow yield sign. My computer randomly shuts off. Sometimes it won't shut off. I can't really watch videos or do too much with graphics. Do I need to buy a new motherboard? Please tell me why this is happening.
