Customize the Skype for Business conference URL and page RRS feed

    Just wonder if it's possible to modify the Skype for Business 2015 meeting URL and the page as follows:

    For example, we'd like to change the "url from meet.xxx.com/dailin" to "conferencing.xxx.com/dailin".

    And we have already changed the logo form Skype for Business to the company logo. But we want to remove more useless information to make the page more friendly to end users.

    We tried to modified the .html file on the server and then restart IIS on DC. But it seems that the change is not uploaded as expected.

    Is this possible? If yes, I'll appreciate it if anyone could share some experience.

    Hi Henry,

    If you want to change the meeting URL, you could follow Shankar’s method.

    Another point, you need to run “Enable-CsComputer” after finishing.

    As you noticed, could you tell me which ‘.html file’ you modified on the server? We could do a test if it is possible.

    Based on our experience, if you changed files for external and internal sites, you may need to restart the Lync Server Web Conferencing service “RTCDATAMCU”. You could use the “Services.msc” tool, or the following command in PowerShell: “Restart-Service RTCDATAMCU”.

    You can't customize the page too much beyond that and edit the URL as suggested above, but you can create a new page and use your reverse proxy to redirect to that or use set-csmeetingconfiguration to add your own footer or help URL referencing your custom page.
