    If you mean the UCP anti-cheat software, visit the website download and install the latest version.

    As this issue is related to third-party software CS and ucp.exe, it is recommended to post in the related UCP or CS forum.

  • 1st:  Read How to Ask a Question and post with the requested information!!

    2nd:  UCP.exe is not a Microsoft Windows file.  It either belongs to a 3rd party application or your system is INFECTED with malware!!

    You can download MalwareBytes and/or SuperAntiSpy to attempt to clean your system.  Use Google to find the links to their websites.
