Roles in EOP RRS feed

  • Hi,
    I'm trying to set up a custom set of roles that we can use to provide some basic access to our Service desk group, but having some issues.

    We are currently using EOP for inbound and outbound spam/virus scanning, we do not have Office 365. We use

    Here's what I want the service desk to have access to do:

    View spam quarantine, and release spam to Inbox

    Message tracking

    Reset passwords

    Create new mail contacts for inbound mail

    I can set up the roles that seem to work correctly for everything except the creating new mail contacts. If I add that by using the 'Mail Recipient Creation' role, then lots of other access is opened up, including the ability to change the roles setting I created for the users. I am looking for any advice I can get about setting up these roles so that just the listed rights are granted to the users.
