  • Hi dilofay,

Pls list out the steps you used to set the desktop background.

    1. Are you setting it directly from your web browser by right-clicking on an image?

    2. What happens when you right-click on an image file (in your hard disk) and choose "set as desktop background" from the r-c  menu?

    3. What happens when go via "Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization\Desktop Background" to set the background?

I can set a new backgroung, but after a few minutes it disappears again and i have to choose a new background again and again.
