problems with unistalling some preograms RRS feed

  • hi.i hope somebody could help me,,,when i try to unistall a  program like napster,,,or all my printers stuff,just says SETUP.EXE  has stopped working.try again later..i don't know what to do then.i will apreaciate the help. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    I understand that some programs can't be uninstalled but some programs can. Am I right?

    Could you please list the programs that failed to be uninstalled? Their Uninstaller file might be corrupt.

    At this point, let us prepare clean boot to uninstall the program:

    Clean Boot prevents software conflicts by preventing the startup items and non Microsoft services from loading. This way you can safely follow the process of elimination to check which application is causing this behavior.

    Note: Ensure that you put your computer back to normal startup mode after completing the troubleshooting steps. Steps are available in the article given above.

    that really helped me,thank you alot.  but now,,i got avg av.program,,,and it cant start coz says avg's side-by-side configuarations is incorrect,,,,what should i do????how can i fix that problemmmmm???????????
