SCCM SUP not working post the SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 CU3 upgrade

Question
-
Dear All,
My SCCM environment:
- 02 Servers (01 Primary and 01 secondary)
- SCCM 2012 R2 RTM (upgraded to SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 CU3 yesterday, everything went well)
- Using Local SQL server and WSUS Server.
Post the SP1 upgrade SUP role turned critical and I couldn't open the WSUS console (keep on logging the Event ID 7503 in Event viewer).
WCM Logs shows:failed to create assembly name object for Microsoft.updateservices.administration. Error=0x80131701
WSUSCtrl.log - "Failed to set WSUS Local Configuration. Will retry configuration."Software synchronization is not working
WSUS service keep on crashing every 05 - 10 minutes
Additional info:
- WSUS apppool (configured with .Net4.0)and WSUS websites are working fine
- WSUS service is running under Network service account
- WSUS is using SUSDB in local SQL server
- No Proxy for SUP
- WSUS is not configured with any connection account
- Tried reconfigure the classification
- WSUS patches are installed properly
Kindly help me to get rid of this issue.

Did you install Windows Updates on the WSUS Server before / after the Upgrade? If yes, it is possible that KB3159706 was installed, which requires manual post installation steps: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3159706

Just for confirmation, you did the Post Installation Tasks, as described in the KB, after you install the KB3159706?

Running this seems to have sorted for me
"C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools\wsusutil.exe" postinstall /servicing
