Is it an internal meeting or created by external users?
Does the organizer use Skype for Business on-premise server or Skype Online service?
Is there any error when you access the site? Please provide a screenshot about the error.
I noticed that other members were able to join the meeting, I think it may be some issues on your machine side.
Please compare the network configuration with others, such as DNS.
Review the meeting url you got (For example:
https://meet.domain.com), run “nslookup meet.domain.com” in CMD to check if it could resolve any IP address.
In addition, have a try to add the meeting URL to the trusted sites, and please check if there is any third-party application that block the traffic.
