  • The new Outlook.com website is different from the laptop when accessed on users mobile device. Desktop version in the mobile browser displays Connected to Microsoft Exchange in the lower right corner and looks like Outlook 2002 (light grey message stationary). The mobile version of the mobile browser is extremely slow and unresponsive at times and there are power and security issues at others. Is it possible the log in is being redirected? How or who do/is to correct the issue?

  • The blue inbox display means you have not been upgraded. Black displays were upgraded.
