    I have one Exchange 2003 organization setup.  It is working fine. now, If I want to move any mailbox of this server to another server then how to do? My both forest are different. but the domain names are same. I have created mail.bhavyangraj.com with 192.168.48.20 IP address and another organization I have created with mail.bhavyangraj.com with 192.168.48.13 right now my older one organization is down. now I want to transfer my older mail box with newer one server. How to do?

    The only option available to you is to export the content to PST files and then import in to the new server.
