Remote Desktop license server RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all

i have install RD License server on windows 2008 r2 and the scope of discovery is Domain

i had activated it with 1000 cal per device

my user client are connected with no problen

we have about 10 terminal server that are:

    windows server 2003

    windows server 2008

    and windows server 2008 r2

my problem is that on the server that installed with RD License on the system event their is event no 21 :

The Remote Desktop license server "My Server" does not have any remaining permanent licenses of the type "Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2 : Per Device CAL (TS or RDS)". As a result, the Remote Desktop license server cannot issue licenses of the type "Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2 : Per Device CAL (TS or RDS)" to the Remote Desktop Session Host or Remote Desktop Virtualization Host server "My Terminal server". To resolve this problem, verify that the Remote Desktop licensing mode configured on the RDSH or RDVH server matches the type of licenses installed on the Remote Desktop license server. If required, purchase and install additional licenses as needed for this Remote Desktop license server.

i get this event indicate to all terminal server i have in my oraganize

Please if someone have resolved this isue.

    Thanks Noah
