All:
I have a serve 2003 R2 domain controller running inside Hyper V as a guest. The problem is that the time will not sync with the PDC Master. All other 2003 domain controllers on their own physical server have no problem syncing the time ( all except the Master (type NTP) are using type NT5DS). And, the server within the Hyper V is receiving this error: Time Provider NtpClient: No valid response has been received from domain controller "servername". There is no firewall. I can ping the time server from the problem server and vice-versa.
Any ideas?
