Call Pickup Long Delay RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I currently have an issue with call delays whereby call pickup has been configured and works, however when person A attempts to pick person B's call it takes approximately 10 seconds to transfer over and connect.

Likewise we see similar delays with inbound calls via response groups and transfers suggesting this is an internal issue rather than PSTN gateway / SIP trunk issues.

Tracing doesn't appear to show anything obvious, likewise the SBCs don't show and post dial delay or call errors in general.

Any ideas where I should be looking?

  • Hi,

Which client did the issue happen (SFB desktop client or IP Phone)?

Did the issue also happen during normal peer-to-peer calls?

If the issue happen just for IP Phone, it may be a known issue.

You can refer to the similar case below:

If the issue happen with all SFB clients, then it can be performance issue. Please check if there is any error message from FE Server when the issue happen.

Also please check if you have updated SFB Server to the latest version, if not, update it and then test again.

    Best Regards
