Do you mean you want to migrate Lync server 2010 to Skype for Business server 2019 directly?
If you think so, I’m afraid that it is not possible.
You can bring up a new Skype for Business Server 2015 pool and then migrate Lync 2010 users to this new pool. Then decommission the old Lync Server
2010 pool.
Later, migrating Skype for Business Server 2015 to Skype for Business Server 2019.
