Can someone take a look at this BSoD dump file? RRS feed

  • Been getting BSoD every few weeks. Could some kind soul please take a look at the log and explain the issue? I have no idea how to open or interpret the file.

    This one crash was related to your DirectX.  either the driver, the card itself, heat, or something else.  We could use the system specs and the symptoms you are experiencing.  We need more than one DMP file to spot trends, etc.  My gut feeling is that your AVG is at least a contributing factor and as such I would remove and replace it at least to test.

    I note you have AVG.
    AVG  can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .
    Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials
