  • Hello, 

    I created a Knowledge Article that contains a link to an O365 Word doc. I added this KA to a Request Offering

    Problem:  When users click on the KA (from the Portal), it opens an empty document in Word. 

    I'm thinking that this is probably some kind of O365 permissions issue?

  • Where is the doc stored exactly? What's the URL of the document?

    What permissions are on the document?

    Its possible to open the doc by URL (without using the Hyperlink in the KA)?
