    This feature is great:

    I was wondering if there's a way to automate the clean up instead of having to manually press the button all the time.

    I found a post (here) from 2014 saying there isn't, but perhaps something has changed in these 3 years?

    Hi Roy,

    Outlook doesn't provide a build-in option to automatically clean up conversations. If you want to do it automatically, you will need to find some third-party add-in or you can try posting to the Outlook for Developers forum and see whether this is possible via codes:
