  • Yes, Internet Explorer 10 Administrative template can enable Server 2008 R2 computer to edit related IE settings, if you have the Group Policy Management Console Installed, but Internet Explorer Group Policy preference are not as easily updated and you will still need to using a Windows 8+RSAT/2012 computer to edit the IE 10 Preferences settings.

You can also use other tool like IEAK 10 to edit the IE 10 settings.

  • Hi,

It does not show up if you do not have IE10 installed on the computer where you are editing the GPO from. You can choose to download the administrator templates.

The reason why internet settings is up to IE 8 is listed in this blog

  • Hi,

I wanted to paste a picture so that u can see cause I saw it here http://clintboessen.blogspot.com/2013/07/changing-home-page-for-internet.html...

Anyway what I am talking about is when opening Group Policy Management-- user Configuration on the server and go to internet settings... I only get IE 5 to IE 8. So now my issue is I want to add IE 10 so that I can be able to set things like Home Pages, Proxy.. etc for my company bcuz all computers are running on IE 10. My AD box is also running IE 10

I downloaded everything above but it doesn't help. Please

    Thanks
