UAG Client Components with IE9

Question
-
I'm having a very wierd problem with a client Machine running Windows 7 Enterprose 32bit with IE9. If I go to the UAG website I get to see the part where you are requested to install the client components, however I don't see the active X prompt and the components do not get installed.
I have copied across the msi package for all UAG components and tried manual running this. However I get a prompt stating that the component install fails. All this works on my machine hence why O can't understand whats happening
Anybody else seen this behaviour ?

No, but the product group never provided confirmed support for IE9 though :(

The thing that is bugging me and I can't understand is why I can't install the components via the "msi" package that also fails. We have diasbled UAC and logged in as an administrator but I still can't get it to install.
Any body got any bright ideas as to why the "MSI" isn't installing

There was an offline install issue with the MSI that was fixed with SP1 Rollup 1, are you running that?
