Hi RezaEtemad,
Please kindly note that you will have to deploy reverse proxy for SFB mobility. All Mobility Service traffic goes through the reverse proxy, regardless of where the origination point is—internal or external.
For details, please refer to the following document https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh690030(v=ocs.15).aspx
The following snapshot of mobility flow could also be as the reference:
Kind regards,
Calvin Liu

Hi,
Reverse proxy is to handle the https traffic (Mobility and etc), regardless of whether a mobile device is internal or external to your network, the device always connects to the Skype for Business Server Mobility service externally, through your reverse proxy.
For details of planning for mobility in SFB, please check this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/plan-your-deployment/mobility/
To have the Reverse Proxy deployed in your environment, refer to the below link forthe supported reverse proxy for Skype for Business 2015 to know supported Reverse proxy vendors :

Kind regards,
Calvin Liu

Hi,
Mobile client will try to access the external web service FQDN, please check if the client can resolve this FQDN DNS records within WiFi.
