    when using "Connect" to VM, ie ask me to install something, after install, error dialog pop up saying class not registered, but I found "Virtual machine manager self service portal 2.0 client" is installed. "remote desktop" works, and my os is windows 2003 r2 x86.

    Hi Eric,

    Is "Remote desktop" connection option from SSP 2.0 working fine for connecting to VM?

    What happen when you try to reconnect it?

    Could you please try to uninstall the active X client "Virtual machine manager self service portal 2.0 client" " and reinstall it again by connecting to VM?
