    Does this Accelerator (WinXP) support language packs ?

    You would have to create the package and then open the new package for upgrade to install the language packs.

    ...which, by my opinion, means that you could very well sequence the whole Office + language packs from the scratch with less time than dealing with the accelerator first ;-)
