"Lost" Generic incident form on portal RRS feed

    I'm trying to find a way to get back the Generic Incident Request that normally appears at the bottom of the Portal. I can see the Request Offering in the Console, and it appears in the Generic Incident Request Catalog Items Group, yet it doesn't appear on the portal. Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

    First, make sure you have Silverlight installed on the computer in question.  You will not see the button without this.  if this is not the issue...

    Have you been modifying the SharePoint site at all to where you may have removed or changed something on the web part for the SSP?  The button on the bottom of the page is created by the Silverlight web part that is put on the page.

    Everything was installed, however it seems that the webpart itself was altered to set the visibility of that section to hidden.
