Clock goes stuck RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I've tried to find some information, but I can't find anything on Google that applies to my problem.

I'm having some trouble with the clock on the bar, where the clock is located at. Every day, at the same point, when it hits 13:00, it freezes, I can not use the taskbar, or anything.

Does anyone have some suggestions how to fix it?

    Best regards,

  • Is there any scheduled task that may point to something that starts at 13h. When computer resources are scare, then even maintenance may take a lot of power. Just an idea.

    Look in Event logs

What did you do before you start to observe this phenomenon?

  • Open Command Prompt as Admin and run the following command:

     sfc /scannow

Try to check the issue in Clean Boot state.

  • Hi Jakob,

Please check the event log to see what happened on that point in time.

If this situation occurred recently, system restore is worth considering.

    Best regards
