Issues in Activation or Seats

I have a question regarding Volume Licensing Center and wants to clear my confusion.
Background :
We have procured Perpetual based "Volume Licenses" from Microsoft on which we use MAK (Multiple Activation Key) to activate KEYS.
Problem :
If we have procured 10 seats so what is the meaning of "Activation or Seats" as mention above as per my understanding (Correct me if i am wrong) it reflects the number of "Activation" Performed on number of computer ? but i am confused that for for License ID 66482158 we have procured 10 seat so why it is showing "10/50".
Another Question if we keep activating through MAK method so will above figures on VLSE decrease ? so at one point will MS stop us to activate new activation ?
