  • I bought this computer with Windows 8. Upgraded to 10 and virus got it and now it is a 7. How do I go about finding out how much ram I can add to this computer? Needs it bad. Where do I look for the information so I know what to buy? Thank you for your help.

  • Type the maker of the motherboard and the model in web searching .This should display the support page for that model on the manufacturer's website, where all relevant information about it are displayed.

    The max ram support related to your computer’s hardware and operation system.

    As S.Sengupta mentioned, you could search the hardware information in website and check the result.

     

    You could also contact manufacture to know the exacted extending RAM support.
