Moving Mailbox from one database to another fails.
This is the error i see, please suggest.

Yes, you are right.
One of my colleague attempted to move the same mailbox but the move failed and he disconnected the RDP session from the Mailbox Server so i believe this was hanging the new request however i forced to log off my colleague's session and then tried.
It is fine now the MBX is in moving progress.

Please use the below shell command to repair that mailbox and then check event log and find the event ID 10048 (MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store). if it says "Online integrity check for request "request ID" completed successfully. Then try to move that mailbox again.
New-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox xyz@xyz.com -CorruptionType ProvisionedFolder,SearchFolder,AggregateCounts,Folderview
