Which type of email account do you use? Exchange, IMAP or POP3?
Have you check the Windows Update history and see whether there is any Office updates or Windows updates installed recently?
If there any other user affected by this issue in your organization?
Meanwhile, we may try to rebuild the index and then test it again. To do this, go to Control Panel > Indexing Options, click
Advanced button, click Rebuild.
