Using Vista Home edition; trying to use backup app for the first time. Using external hard drive as destination.
1. App does not allow me to create a folder for the backups; why?
2. App returns a fail notice stating that the backup target drive has a corrupted file system
3. I use this external hard drive alot and have had no other issues with it.
4. How do I fix this backup failure issue? I have previous backups from my XP laptop on the destination; would that be the problem? Thanks.
