Login issues with APP-V

Question

Hi,
We have been using APP-V 5 SP2 but around 15-25 reported cases every day are being reported
that explorer.exe does not run and users get a blank screen.
The error in the logs say :The virtual application 'C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE' could not be started because the App-V Subsystem 'Virtual Environment' could not be initialized. {error: 0x8AD00B2A-0x8007054F}
The virtual application 'C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE' could not be started because the App-V Subsystem 'Virtual Objects' could not be initialized. {error: 0x48B0080A-0x40007}
The virtual application 'C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE' could not be started because the App-V Subsystem 'Virtual COM' could not be initialized. {error: 0x44F0232A-0x8007054F}
The virtual application 'C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE' could not be started because the App-V Subsystem 'Virtual Shell' could not be initialized. {error: 0xC701525-0x54F}
The virtual application 'C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE' could not be started because the App-V Subsystem 'Virtual Filesystem' could not be initialized. {error: 0x6740080A-0x20002}
The virtual application 'C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE' could not be started because the App-V Subsystem 'Registry Staging' could not be initialized. {error: 0x78A00A0A-0xA0005}
Can someone point me in the right direction to find a solution to minimize the impact this is having.
best regards, Valdi Hafdal

Hello,
1. Remove all packages
2. Add them one-by-one and determine which one causes the issue
3. Investigate that package

What packages do you have that include shortcuts to EXPLORER.EXE?
Have you configured RunVirtual to launch a package that includes EXPLORER.EXE?
