Dragon NaturallySpeaking Premium does not process MP3 file for Voice Training on Windows 10 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am unable to get Dragon NaturallySpeaking Premium program to perform voice training on an Sony ICD-PX440 voice recorder.  The program can locate the file and play it back but will not process it through the voice recognition program.  After numerous attempts with Nuance technical service, no success, & an admission that many users are having a similar problem, with Windows 10, the version on my computer.  Any news about this?
