Certificate problem after deploying Skype for Business 2016 Client RRS feed

    Hi!

    We are trying to deploy SfB 2016 client on computers that have Lync 2013. 

    Our server already is Skype for Business server.

    We run setup /admin to customize client installation:

    - Default client folder installation

    - Insert option for KMS server

    - Organization Name

    - Silent Installation

    - SETUP_REBOOT property "Never"

    - Disable Opt-in Wizard on first run "Enabled"

    After client installation, when user tries to connect, he have the following message:

    The server cant validate the certificate. Try again later. If problem persists, contact support team.

    Translating it could be:
    "The server cant validate the certificate. Try again later. If problem persists, contact support team. "

    We tried to reboot, reinstallation, nothing worked.

    Sollution: when other user try do signin, this "other" user can connect successfully. When configuring back the original user, the first try, the user gets the error again, and in the second try, he can connect successfully. The following connection are okay.

    But it´s not an acceptable solution for an enterprise deployment. 

    Any Idea how I can solve this problem?

    Can you check if your FE servers is updated with correct certificates
    If you have all the certificates correct then delete the sign in info from one user PC and try logging in again

    The server is using correct certificates.

    You mean to delete sign in info and type again the same sign in info? I will try... if it works, what´s the meaning?

    Hello Fabio Martins,

    Did you try install the certificate chain in client?

    Did you try install the default SbF Client with Office?
