    I have seen questions posted about this issue inseveral places all over the web, but have seen no resolution.  I installed HP's application for the All in one 6100 series printer.  I get messages that the host process stopped working and have to reinstall the printer every now and then to get it to actually print.  When digging into the event log, I can see the following:

    Hi,

    According to the similar cases, this issue is caused by an incomplete installation of HP software. It is suggested to download Windows Installer Cleanup Utility software to remove the HP software completely, run Windows cleanup Utility in Windows Vista to clear temp files and reinstall them to check the result.
