Sent Email from One Exchange Account Ending up in another Sent Item Folder


  • When I send emails from my default Exchange account, often it changes my name to "/O=EXCHANGELABS/OU=EXCHANGE ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP ....

    Then it shows up as sent in a separate Exchange account I have for another business.  Anybody know why this is happening and how I can fix it?  Obviously this creates challenges in finding sent emails, etc.

    I'm an office 365 subscriber (professional) using the desktop version of Outlook 2016.
