Office 365 Outlook RRS feed

  • I have tried on line support and the microsoft store to solve my outlook 365 issues. Spent hours to uninstall and install office 365. each time icloud for outlook disappears and has to be reloaded as well.

    This is the fourth time in a month that outlook is not working properly. I don't know where to turn.

    I am an independent consultant and am paralyzed by the issues i am constantly facing.  Is there someone outthere that knows how to permanently fix  outlook issues?

    1. Mail stops working properly...Cannot delete mail from my inbox

    2. can not search for contacts

    3. Duplicate mail keeps coming to my inbox

    4. All  custom categories have disappeared. Need to start all over labeling clients/ buyers/ vendors etc.

    5. Lots of error messages for doing simple things like trying to empty folders.

    6. When searching contacts always have to change setting to look at icloud contacts?

    Can anyone tell me who to turn to before I go  crazy?

  • Hi Diana,

    What version of Outlook are you using? Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016?

    What type of email account are you using? IMAP, POP3 or Exchange?

    Please first make sure you have installed all available updates for your Outlook. For your convenience:

    Then, I'd recommend you create a new Outlook mail profile and reconfigure your email account in the new mail profile to see if it helps. See:
